...due date! and CT results!
Pictures from home...the girls got Olaf out! And, snow!
Here in Oregon, things are going just fine. Since we're three hours behind the east coast, I got the text that school was delayed, followed by the phone call, then a bit later, the text and call that school was cancelled, a snow day! This was at like three thirty our time, and since I stayed up 'til almost one, ugh. Then, my dr. office called with my test results, and of course I couldn't fall back to sleep.
Everything is fine, relatively speaking. The pain in my side is most likely caused by the presence of a diverticulum, which is simply a pocket in the intestine that food can get trapped in. There is no cure or procedure to fix it, and it can get serious if an infection occurs. But it's not in and of itself deadly, so I'll take it. The pain is okay, as long as it's not a tumor, right? Also, I have arthritis in my spine, yay for getting old!
And, I have seriously high cholesterol, which may be caused by my way of eating lately, and might not be terribly bad in the long run. (Total cholesterol:377).
I didn't hear whether I still have the fatty liver, but I am definitely encouraged to keep away from the sugar and keep the carbs low. And exercise more, too.
Today is the due date, and poor Kathryn, we keep asking her how she's feeling. I can sort of imagine how she's feeling, like the baby will never ever arrive...but it will, and I will keep you posted!!!

So glad to hear your results!!!!!!
Isn't that the best feeling when you get that call?
And now...waiting on a baby!
Enjoy!
Glad to read your medical report, good news for sure!
Your home tree is very beautiful, I love it!
Eagerly awaiting the baby arrival!

So glad it’s nothing terribly serious. I’ve heard that a vegan diet is amazing for bringing down cholesterol levels and fatty liver... might be something to look into doing for even just a few months as a cleanse.
The snow looks amazing! Ours melted but that means we can drive cause around here if we get a few inches of snow life stops :):)
