Yes, Camille is tasting some Icee, blue!!! Every single sip surprised her anew! Yes Camille, it is cold!!!! Abigail and I were taking a break while waiting for the oil to be changed....
We did some things around town, then home for dinner and getting ready for kindergarten graduation, 4 showers, brushing, dressing, and off we went: Paul and I, Margaret, Kathryn, Evelyn, Suzanne, Sonja the kindergartener, Jonathan, Charlotte Claire, and Camille the incredible nursing baby, and the kids' cousin Grace,(my niece).......and I forgot my camera....rats!

HI! I just saw your post over at Family Times and wanted to say "hello".
Adorable family!
:) Debi
ps Don't you just hate it when you forget the camera!?!
At least you remember the children. :)
Yes, we usually remember the children: the key word being usually....once when they were really little, I probably had 8 or nine, with the oldest around 12, we went to the library for summer reading...we got there, 4 miles away, and I asked where Mariel was....no one had seen her...Oh My ....We packed up and rushed home, and there she was, sitting on the bottom step, crying...she was so mad....and once we got a few miles down the road and someone said that Molly wasn't there....we turned around...so now, we count....and count again...and double check...because in the rush and craziness to get out the door, if they run back in for something.....ooops.
Your last comment made me laugh. Children are always very insulted to be accidentally left behind. Once I left Nathan at church and then argued with my husband that I didn't forget anyone. Big oops.
I was looking back to see when Camille was born and found a post that said your Benjamin was born on 11/11/88. My Benjamin was born on 11/11/93.
awww at the icee!! She drinks great out of a straw it looks like! If she won't take a bottle you should try a straw cup! A lot of them are spill proof too! And she would feel like a big girl.
wait...did i seriously just give you advice? Me the one with 2, one on the way gave the most together pro mom i know advice? LOL ignore me :)
Okay Heather: I could have 100 kids and still welcome advice - all kids are different, and I find I am so stumped so often. And that is a great idea! I was surprised that she knew what to do with the straw, I think she actually sucked on it accidentally, and got some yummy stuff.....so she kept at it...the fun part was where she spit blue Icee all over Abigail in Wal-mart....and seriously- I can use all the help I can get! Camille only gained 6 ounces in the last 2 months, so maybe I can supplement some formula with a straw...she will take juice in the bottle, but not the formula, so far...so, thanks!
I have to laugh at you with 100 kids.. the topic at our dinner table tonight was: What if pregnacies only lasted 3 months, instead of 9, then how many children would Aunt Della have? The number was, of course, ridiculously high. Idiots.
