In the thrift store...

Miss Camille:  it's her last day of being 13.  We drag the birthdays out, so today we went out and about, dropped off things at the thrift store, and they found more stuff!  (Gap jeans:  $4.99!)...we got our Chinese take-out, stopped for a new battery for the red van (Jon's car isn't doing well), and for some fresh Empire apples from the fruit stand.

Home, ahhh home....lunch, then yard work!

Jonathan is always busy with something...

But he keeps smiling, even when the four-wheeler needs work.

November tomatoes from the garden!  They were yummy.

These squash have been so good!  I'll be peeling a few soon, then roasting tomorrow with that turkey...mmm.

The ingredients for the white cake are coming to room temp on the counter, we're making a creamy whipped cream like frosting, and serving it with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, tomorrow.

And now, here I sit, ahh, it's nice!
