pregnant....uh-huh, I am...
Yes, I am pregnant. I have taken a few tests now, there is always that lovely blue line. Am I happy? Duh!! I am so absolutely positively thrilled I CANNOT stand it. Of course, right behind that, almost threatening to smother that is the, "oh no, what if something happens?"...after all, I AM 46 years old. And this IS my 22nd pregnancy. 16 children, one stillborn, four miscarriages. But still...YAY!!!!!
I have also been feeling rather crampy, which from what I remember, is somewhat normal, but still not fun. So I am trying not to rejoice too much, but that is not working. Things are busy and crazy around here so I cannot write more now...
Oh, I haven't said anything to the younger kids yet, I don't want them to get all upset if things go wrong, especially Jonny...so if you know me in real life, keep this in mind!

What a blessing! Praying for the best for you and your little one!
I hope you stay feeling good. I know you mentioned having morning sickness before. While I was so sick I thought of you often and wondered how you managed.
Hugs!

Oh my GOSH I am over the moon excited for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always read your wistful posts and am so strengthened by them, because I am pregnant with #8 as you know and have needed much faith for this one. To read how someone like you wants another baby SO MUCH makes me realize what a treasure it is!!
I will be praying for you and your little one - God knows our need, and He knows exactly how to fill it so perfectly. Regardless of what we think we want....
...I can't wait to hear the reaction of the children, especially Camille...so precious that she gets a little brother or sister. My Mom had her 11th baby at 45 and I'm sure you know of other similar stories so it definitely is possible! CONGRATS!!
CONGRATULATIONS!! What a blessing! Oh, I am SO happy for you and I will pray that everything will be fine! It sounds silly because I don't "know" you but you just made my day! I've been reading for quite some time and I know how badly you've wanted another child. YAY!
Well CONGRATULATIONS! I will be praying for you starting now! Sounds like you had a GREAT 2nd honeymoon! LOL
God is so good, and He will give us the desires of our heart. Sometimes when you lose weight, that's what happens!

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you and your family. And I've missed you over the last few days.....been coming here every day and no new post. I was darn near ready to leave a comment asking "Where are you???" LOL ;)
As far as the pregnancy, it's the weight coming off that helped - I would bet my left arm! Before kids, my husband and I tried to get pregnant for three years and nothing. As soon as I started losing weight and had about 25 pounds off over about three months, boom! I was pregnant with my first.
Congratulations! Checking in on your blog this morning has certainly made my day.
Thinking of you and wishing you a very healthy and happy 9 months.
I can't tell you how happy I am for you. I read your blog faithfully. I feel like I am visiting an old friend. You have an awesome family and I congratulate you and your husband for the great job you are doing raising them! I will be praying that everything goes well with this pregnancy!
Blessings to you all.
Judy
I literally have goosebumps! I am so happy for you. I hope you have a nice easy pg.
Congratulations! I hope everything goes well for you. I haven't visited your blog in ages, but shhhh, I'm actually expecting as well -- 12 weeks along tomorrow.
YAHOOOOO!!!! I go on vacation for a few days, stop reading blogs, and THIS happens???? HAHA!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I will be praying for you!
FWIW, my mother-in-law was 46 when her 12th (and last) baby was born all all were fine. One of my mother's good friends was 47 when her 11th (last!) was born and all was great! God bless you!
Congratulations! I hope everything goes well for you. At least you have older kids to help when you are tired or feel bad. That was the nice party about having my last 2. My kids were old enough to help.
