another day, another bale of hay...

Mr. Ed the Talking Horse? Anyone?

In reality though, we are much more thankful for another day! Today's walk included Mr. Jonathan, but not Miss Cam, she was drawing and, "in a groove, Mom."

Our first night with Abigail living here was almost like a sleepover. She is down to half days of work now, because our governor decided only 50% of workers can be present at each workplace, then this morning changed it to 75%. We're not sure how much longer she'll be going in, she's an accountant at a vending machine company. Vending machines are these things people used to buy snacks from, long ago, when people still went out of their houses. Am I the only one who says random sentences to imaginary future children? Evelyn works in an office of a construction company/furnace repair service, and wondered what 75% of ONE is, as she is the only office worker ha. Anyway, Abigail is bringing home snacks from her office vending machines today, she took orders from the kids. :)

Molly is an R.N., and her floor at work has transitioned into a Corona virus floor. She has a two month old baby Ophelia and a four year old Lydia at home, so pray for her, pray that God has mercy, and gives protection to the doctors and nurses and health care people, the people who work so tirelessly and put their lives on the line. Pray also that I have the wisdom to comfort her, that she can turn to God and get peace.

I think it's time for an afternoon coffee. Keep your chins up, the world may be upside down, but not a sparrow falls from the sky without your Heavenly Father knowing about it. He is working things we cannot comprehend, and when we place our lives into His keeping, we will not be put to shame.

We really need to move back to the country, sigh...I am trusting the good Lord in all this, Della. I am not much of a Cuomo fan (well, keeping it real), but, let me say, I think he has done good in getting ready etc. I thought at first he was a little way out there in Lalaland, not anymore. I actually I have enjoyed his late morning/early afternoon news conferences. I am very concerned about the long run economically, but you, I am going to trust the good Lord. smiles

Praying for you all to be safe, especially the healthcare workers.

I will say a prayer that your daughter stays healthy and safe. I live on Long Island NY and it is scary down here. The testing drive through center is in my town about 5 blocks from my house! My husband and i are both now out of work as our businesses needed to be shut down. I pray that this disease leaves us as swiftly as it arrived,
