This one is blurry, but .....
Finally, a good one....the eleven quiet sweet low energy children we brought to the hotel.... Actually, 95% of the action was perpetrated (is that a REAL word? did I spell it correctly?) by the four sweeties near the front in the red and pink.....uh-huh!
Sonja K. upstairs in the loft room...
cool stairs....not that I liked them....we made a rule that the youngest 4 had to stay downstairs. So I should have just listened to those niggling thoughts, because they WERE right. Except that I don't have a headache yet. And it WAS fun. (if trying to convince Camille that there are NO monsters, that this is a place where we are supposed to lie down and go to sleep, that we CANNOT go home at ten at night, it is supposed to be dark, and that noise is just the heat, is fun.)

We took them all down for breakfast, and decided to turn on the cartoons for a while before we head out. Everything is packed up and ready to go. Kim went down for two more coffees, and we are going to try to relax for a bit before the marathon of packing the kids and the bedding and the much needed toys and books and teddybears into the big van. Did I mention that tired kids don't listen as well, cry more, and tend to fight with each other?
